We are dedicated to our products, and to you. Eco Vessel products and accessories are crafted with the utmost care to ensure that they meet your needs and live up to your standards, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why all of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

WARRANTY

All Eco Vessel bottles and containers are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for their entire lifetime. Bottle and container accessories such as tops, silicone spouts and strainers come with a one-year warranty. Normal wear and tear, including dishwasher damage, scratches and dents are not covered under the Eco Vessel warranty. 

For warranty issues, please contact Customer Care.  Please be sure to include a written description of the issue, your contact info and address to send the replacement to, and order number or proof purchase. In lieu of having you send the product back to Eco Vessel, there may be a shipping charge to cover the cost of shipping your replacement.

If the problem was caused by a manufacturer's defect, we will promptly send you a replacement. If your exact product is no longer available, we will replace it with the closest replacement possible.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges for goods purchased on EcoVessel.com are accepted within 30 days provided the goods are in new and unused condition. If you purchased the bottle at one of our retailers - online or in a store - please go to the original place of purchase.

SHIPPING

All orders usually ship within 2-3 business day using ground shipment. Standard ground shipments should arrive at your door within 7-10 days from the date of order.  If you need your purchase to arrive sooner, please select an expedited method of shipping and we will happily rush it to your door.
