EcoVessel's products are crafted with planning and care to make sure they meet your needs and expectations. We understand, though, that sometimes things aren't perfect which is why all of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
Warranty - simple, no fine print, law degree not needed to understand
EcoVessel warranties its products against manufacturing defects for their lifetime.
We do have some exceptions: scratches, dents, peeling or chipping paint; damage caused by falls or drops; using a dishwasher or putting in a freezer; ordinary wear and tear.
If there is a defect or damage and it can't be determined if the cause is a manufacturing defect, we are happy to give the customer the benefit of the doubt but will need to charge a shipping fee. In the case of a clear manufacturing defect, EcoVessel will pay for the shipping.
If you think you have a warranty issue, please click contact Customer Care and fill out the form. We want this as hassle free as possible, so please attach digital photos and save the trouble of returning the item to us. Normally, you'll hear from us within 3 business days.
If the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect and you have a copy of your receipt, we will promptly send a replacement. If the identical product is no longer available, we will send the most similar item possible, with a value equal to the amount you paid.
If you have a receipt from a closeout or discount site which will not accept returns, we'll send a merchandise credit for the amount you paid that you can use on our website and will not be able to send a replacement.
If you don't have a receipt, we'll send a merchandise credit for an amount we determine is reasonable and fair - trust us on this, remember... we want fans.
We understand that sometimes you can change your mind or something isn't quite what you expected. You can return or exchange anything bought on ecovessel.com within 30 days of receiving it as long as it is in brand new, unused condition. If you bought the item at one of our retailers, either online or in a store, please return it directly to them. If you're returning an item to us, please let us know and we'll give you instructions to make sure your return is received and credited properly.

All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days of your order being processed and standard ground shipments within the continental U.S. should arrive at your door within 7-10 days from the order date. If you need your purchase to arrive sooner, please select an expedited method of shipping. If you have had any past experiences of a problem delivering to your address or not receiving packages when delivery has been confirmed, please let us know so we can make the best arrangements for you.
