These ready-in-10-minutes rolls are also a great dinner for hungry kiddos when you’re short on time after soccer practice or school play rehearsal. Enjoy!

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Optional:

  • ¼ cup ham or salami, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red, yellow and/or orange pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach

  3. Sprinkle cheese and optional additional toppings evenly over sauce.
