Recipe: Less Sugar Lemonade

 

Lemonade is a summer staple, but sugar-loaded, store-bought brands are far from bikini-friendly. Pour this lightly-sweetened, waist-saving recipe into one of our Vibe pint glasses for backyard sipping, or take it to go in one of our triple-insulated water bottles for anywhere hydration. 


Serves 5

 

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1/4 cup honey 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 1/2 tablespoon stevia 
  • 4 cups cold water 
  • DIRECTIONS: 
    1. Add honey and 1 cup water to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Once boiled, remove from heat and add lemon juice, stevia and remaining water. 
    2. Chill in fridge for 2-3 hours. Serve with ice cubes.
